Project Management as a Service

Project Delivery and PMO


A bespoke, assistive support service to help overcome specific challenges within projects. Ranging from one-off analyses such as investigative cost cutting exercises, through to performing deep dives of risk mitigation strategies to assure logicality. We’ve helped our clients analyse underperforming projects, identifying the specific conditions and events which contribute to challenging project environments. Knowing the reasons why a project is underperforming ultimately allows us to prescribe and implement the remedial actions to get things back on track.

Readiness Analysis

We specialise in engineering mega-projects, typically involving several first-order contractors, each with devolved subcontractor responsibilities. We deeply understand the need for readiness reviews, their objectives, scope and logic. We have helped our clients to plan and implement and act accordingly on the outcomes of:

  • Manufacturing Readiness Review (MRR)
